Couch to 5K Starts March 16


The Couch to 5K (C25K) program is designed to train people who are new or returning to running to cross the finish line of the Ferguson Twilight Run. People of all ages and fitness levels are invited to participate, and all you need are a pair of running shoes and the determination to get off the couch.

Training starts on Monday, March 16 and goes for nine weeks. The C25K group meets on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings at 6pm at Forestwood Park (806 Ferguson Ave.) in Ferguson.
