Couch to 5K Program Begins March 20

This nine week training program for beginning runners and runners looking to get back in to shape trains specifically for the Ferguson Twilight Run. The Couch to 5K (C25K) program begins Monday, March 20 and is three evenings each week (Mon/Wed/Fri) at 6pm at Forestwood Park (806 Ferguson Ave). The C25K program starts out with run/walks and adds additional running distances each week. Each workout lasts less than one hour, including warm ups, cool downs and stretching. Email Coach Shelton at to register and receive additional information. The C25K program is free, and you do not need to be a Ferguson resident to participate. All you need are a good pair of running shoes and the determination to get off the couch!
