Donnie White, Sr. Memorial Ferguson Twilight Run Awards

Since 2010, the Ferguson Twilight Run has donated $64,000 in race proceeds to organizations that provide the residents of Ferguson and North St. Louis County with programs and events that showcase the enjoyable, healthy and sustainable aspects of fitness activities. The proceed awards are named in memory of our friend and Ferguson Twilight Run Planning Committee Member Donnie White, Sr. The 2016 recipients of the Donnie White, Sr. Memorial Ferguson Twilight Run Awards are Strength and Honor Mentoring and Tutoring, Marygrove recreational therapy program, Ferguson Youth Initiative Earn-A-Bike program, Ferguson Middle School Girls on the Run, and Emerson Family YMCA summer camp for North County. We are grateful to share Donnie’s spirit with the nonprofit organizations in our community that support active living opportunities for residents of North St. Louis County.
