5K Training Programs

All Beginner Runners (or runners that need team motivation): There is a Couch to 5K program starting up on March 20 to prepare you to run the Ferguson Twilight Run on May 20th.

 

The 9-week C25K program starts Monday, March 20th (first day of spring). The group will meet every M/W/F at 6pm at Forestwood.
